Sitler’s LED Supplies is set to attend the LIGHTFAIR International Conference (LFI) for the second year! This year the conference will take place right here in the Midwest, in Chicago. LFI is a conference that brings together lighting vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and more to learn, explore and expand their knowledge. It is the largest annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference.
The Sitler’s team will be able to attend keynote speeches from Neri Oxman, Danielle Feinberg, Anastasia Su and Martin Lesjak and more! LFI also offers session tracks regarding application research, professional development, core knowledge, inspiration and more.
Following last year’s LFI conference, Sitler’s walked away knowing they were ahead of the curb compared to larger lighting manufacturers and wholesalers. Since the beginning, Sitler’s has been dedicated to installing ballast bypass T8 lamps due to their added benefits. Not only were the LED bulbs brighter, whiter and more efficient, they eliminate a failure point for customers when installed using a ballast bypass. Last year, the big players in the lighting industry were still focused on making ballast compatible bulbs, prioritizing ease of installation over what would provide the best results for buyers and clients.
LFI offers Sitler’s lighting consultants an opportunity to learn about the ever-changing lighting industry. Themes from last year’s conference focused on controls, dimmers and color changing technology. We expect to see new developments in these areas this year, plus so much more.
